Yesterday and tech was downstairs fixing my neighbors internet. They installed something on the side of the building and in doing so cut the line to my internet. I have been trying to get this reapplied since yesterday. I work from home I will have 3 days of missed work tomorrow due to this concern. The agent I spoke with yesterday lied and said a tech would be out to fix it today. I am not scheduled for today I was in fact on a wait list. I need resolution, this is entirely on xfinty. I will be contacting the bbb and the attorney general to discuss my options.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
