escalation
I need to escalate a service issue. I started internet service just over a week ago and have nonstop connections issues. Makes working from home tough. I had a technician come out today, well, now the service works worse. Connects and then disconnects constantly. The chat experience has been at best, horrible. Nothing but passing the buck. I would like to escalate this issue above the regular service techs? I spoke with an "escalation" person but he did nothing different than a regular first level service person. How do I escalate my horrible experience with the product as well as the customer service response. what am I paying for??
Strongly considering a new provider!

Thanks for the follow up. Evidently this is a major issue within Xfinity. I was told that there is a system issue that the engineers within Comacst in Philly are working on, with no resolution in site. I have reached out to the executive team as NO ONE in the support are has been a help, sadly. My internet is still not working and going on a week. I have lost 4 days of work I can only imagine what others are going through.
