Escalate my Internet problems

How do I get engineering support? Xfinity keeps sending technicians for slow Internet speed in my "neighborhood". No matter how many times technicians come they don't have a escalation process.

Hey there, @user_w2mugr. What sort of speed issues are you experiencing? Are you seeing it on both wireless and wired connections? Have you spoken with any of the technicians who state there is ongoing work in the area?
