error in my equipment return records

I have discovered an error in my equipment return records.

Return #146497856604790 is for my XB7 gateway, model CGM4331COM, serial number 10A7931C6DA9.

This is my ACTIVE modem. Xfinity specifically instructed me to reconnect it and configured it for my 1.2 Gbps service.

Please cancel this return and confirm that my XB7 will remain active without interruption or unreturned-equipment charges.

The equipment I actually need to return is the unused XB8, which Xfinity sent me but could not activate.

Please provide the correct return instructions for that device and confirm the correction in writing by email.
