Error Code 0106, when trying to login in the xfinity hotspots app

I keep receiving error code 0106 when trying to sign in to the hotspot app. I saw many people have had this problem and couldn't solve it by calling xfinity. I have the same experience, and cannot use hotspots when I need them now. Any idea how to solve this issue? Your help is appreciated. Thanks.
