Equipment sent to wrong address

I recently moved and transferred service to a new address. I got a notification that my equipment was shipped--but it was sent to the old address. It is still in transit with FedEx. Is there any way to reroute it to my new address?

Good evening, @user_7c9ur3! Thank you for moving with our service! I apologize that the modem is headed to the wrong place. I am unable to reroute the shipment but can set up a new shipment to the correct address. If you need the modem sooner than a shipment will arrive, you can pick one up at your local Xfinity Store. I see that you already sent over a direct message so will continue there.
