I'm having the exact same issue.  Solution on line says to input the MAC Address into the Routers list, I have no idea how to access the list?   Help

Information says to add MAC address to the Router - I don't know where to find or how to do that?

Issue started when we moved and moved Router to a new home.   Prior it would connect.

Hi there, @hfamily1 I'm very sorry for the trouble you are experiencing, I definitely know how frustrating this is for you. To add a MAC address to your router, you need to access your router's settings page, navigate to the "Wireless" or Security, find the "MAC filtering" option, and then manually input the MAC address of the device you want to allow access to. You can find your device's MAC address in your device setting usually under "About device" or "Status" depending on your device type.-Richard

@hfamily1

FWIW, if this is a Comcast rented gateway device, and in case you don't know, that access address is http://10.0.0.1 The username is admin and the password is password
