Epon provisioning for 3rd party router

Have already dealt with phone support and chat agents that gets me nowhere so thought id try on here since other people are seemingly getting theirs provisioned, just wasnt sure how to go about it because some posts say no direct messages and the actual post mentioning the eligibility sends you back to main support page which only leads to chat agents failing!

Just wanting to get rid of the unnecessary XER10 that I've been stuck with and use my own 3rd party mesh router setup again like the XB7 allowed but since no gareway is required now i want to delete it all and just connect straight into the ONU that we have please help
