Enchanced Speed Network in my area?

I recently switched from Comcast Business (Teleworker plan) where I had an 800Mbps/40Mbps plan to the Xfinty 1Gbps residential plan.  I was wondering if the Enhanced Speed Network has been rolled out in my area yet. I was able to receive the 40Mbps+ upload speeds with Comcast for Business, but am now only seeing 20Mbps with the new plan.

I am using a Netgear Nighthoawk CM2050V which was originally on the Enhcanced Speed supported list, but was removed last fall and the modem firmware was rolled back to the slower upload speeds, 20Mbps.  I'm just not sure if the Enhanced Speed network is in my area and the cable modem is causing the slowdown or if the network upgrade has not been completed yet. It just seems strange that I was able to get higher speeds on Comcast Business.
