Were you able to follow the article @BruceW suggested and get Bridge Mode enabled? I also recommend rebooting the gateway before and after making changes like toggling Bridge Mode. It definitely helps.

@XfinityTony   I've been told the XB6 modems and above don't use the 10.0.0.1 gateway login yet everyone keeps posting a link to that website. I'm assuming my XB6 has been in bridge mode since I set up the acct in 2017 as I have a personal router. I've had no issues with my wifi and then on 9/17 woke up and the XB6 wifi is the only one working well - router wifi super slow. I should be able to toggle it back to bridge mode, but cannot find a way to do this in the Xfinity iPhone app. I really don't want to deal with customer service -- is there any instructions on using the app to reestablish bridge mode??

BlackCat5 Hello, I hope you are having a good day! I am sorry bridge mode was dissabled. No need to worry here is a link that provides detailed instructions on how to enable bridge mode https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/wireless-gateway-enable-disable-bridge-mode. I understand you don't want to deal with customer service, but we are here to help if you have questions or concerns. I hope the link is helpful.
