I am unable to connect with the on my phone or print from either devise. the printer is not hooked up to the YFI. iT HASN't WORKED RIGHT SINCE THE LAST TEC Was Here To Set It Up. Would have a tec call me? I prefer someone who is experienced. My phone is not also not hooked up to the YFI. I left tyi unplugged last night. It didn't help!

@user_4lv81o Thanks for making us aware you're having trouble connecting your printer to your wifi signal. I'd be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're having. Was your wifi password changed when the tech visited your home? Have you attempted to "forget" the previous connection to your printer and then try to connect to it again?
