email messages from Xfinity

I have been receiving emails from Xfinity saying that my payment method is incorrect, but when I look I have a zero balance and my CC info appears correct.  Pease advise.

It sounds like you're receiving phishing emails pretending to be from Xfinity about incorrect payment information. Despite your account showing a zero balance and your credit card details being correct, the emails are likely scams designed to steal your information.-Richard
