Eligible for XB10 or XB9 Router

Hi,

I currently have gig WiFi and was curious if the XB10 or 9 I’m eligible for.

user_a1s340 - Thank you for choosing Xfinity and for joining us here on the Forums! Great question. The XB10 is currently intended for customers in Full Duplex (FDX) markets with symmetrical speed tiers, where upload and download speeds are the same.

The XB9 is also an Advanced Gateway featuring WiFi 7, but it uses DOCSIS 3.1 technology rather than the DOCSIS 4.0 technology found in the XB10.

When you have a moment, you can enter your address on Xfinity’s broadband labels or availability page to review the speeds currently offered at your location. If you see symmetrical options, such as 1 Gbps download and 1 Gbps upload, that would indicate FDX availability and the XB10.
