eero pro 6e not getting high download speed

Question

I updated my Xfinity service over an XB8-T modem to Gigabit x2 and getting over 2000 Mb (speed test thru Xfinity app).  I've connected this to (3) wired Eero Pro6E for my wifi that should be able to deliver over 2000, but is only achieving 955 mbps.  I am plugged into the 2.5 ports on the eero.  Why can I not get the 2G speeds on my wifi?

user_dm7224 I would be happy to look into why when being directly connected you aren't getting the speeds close to max as much as I can. Have you tested the direct connection to the modem using the same device you are testing when directly connected to your router to see if there is any difference in the speed testing? This might help in identifying if it's the modem, the router, or the device doing the testing may be the cause of the lower speed results.
