Having Internet Issues in my home, Lag so much when I play the game now its insane. ask me a week ago NOTHING was wrong and now it’s just horrible.

I’ve gone through troubleshooting it multiple times over the course of dayssss. each time is the same. says everything should be good, restarts my service and nothing changes. changed my ethernet cord multiple times and still nothing

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
