Edit EXISTING DOWNTIME SCHEDULE

Why can’t I get instructions on how to edit an EXISTING downtime schedule??

Hello, @user_d815f3!

I'm so glad you chose to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums for help using the Xfi app!

 

Once you already have an existing downtime schedule all you have to do is click on the profile it is on and tap the little settings gear again just like when you were setting it up the first time. You should see a banner under downtime for each schedule you have. Just tap on it and it will open the settings for that schedule again! :)

 

Please try that out and let us know if that helps!

You should be able to click on your existing downtime schedule and be taken to an edit screen.  Is the problem that you do not see your old schedule?   Here's what I see for my schedules.  I just click the schedule and can edit it and apply my changes.
