Prepaid Mastercard Promotion concern.

I was given this ticket number to track the request for the $200 prepaid Mastercard promotion a few months ago.    Haven’t heard a thing in two months - and this ticket is not showing up on my Xfinity app.  How do I find out the status of this ticket?
