Dynamic Range Window Violation,T3 time-out, power levels exceeds

Latency spikes all the time, dropped connections multiple times a day.

I've been have issues for about over a year. My Ubiquiti UDM Pro shows multiple internet outages a day. Things I have tried, Redoing the cable inside going to the modem, no splitters, moved the modem as close as possible to the grounding block, Made sure connections were tight. I've researched the errors and such and the only thing I can come up with is that its something on comcasts side in my area.

Also the time is an hour out of sync.

I also have all of my own equipment and even bought a new modem and nothing has helped.

Any help is appreciated. I am thinking about making an appointment next week.

Sorry for the late response. I did just direct message Xfinity support. I also had an appointment last week sunday and things are still not working correctly. I would like to get this fixed soon. because I've been having issues for over a year and comcast has yet to fix the issue.
