Dynamic Range Window Violation error disconnects and high uncorretables. Signal Levels attached

After two modem replacements, my issue of disconnects is continuing.

The T3 timeouts seem to happen mostly in the later daylight hours. I've replaced the coaxial cable from the wall to the modem in order to rule that out. When the internet goes down, my apartment neighbor's xfinity guest network goes down as well, but seems to come back online before mine, perhaps due to different modems, idk. This may just be coincidence, but it only seems to go down when I actually attempt to use it for more than just internet browsing (ie streaming, downloading, gaming). The issue has persisted for roughly two weeks now. At a loss of what my next steps should be after I had replaced my Puma 6 modem, which I assumed would solve the issue. Thanks in advance for any help.
