Mine keeps going out every night between 3 and 4 AM. I restart the modem, and pull up the app to have a chat with support. That's where I explain that the issue has been happening for about a month now and numerous support agents have assured me that the shut-down is to update the system but they'll turn off the auto update and the problem will be solved. So they reset my modem from their end, it's slow booting back up as it has been since this mess started. after a 15 minute or so wait, the agent comes back excited to inform me that they fixed the issue and it won't happen again. Guess what happens the next night?  Does anybody know what's going on?

Thank you for posting on our Forums. Sorry you have had issues with your internet service. I can help you. First, I wanted to check in and see if you are still having the same issue? If you are, have you tried sending your modem a refresh yourself using the xFi app?
