Dropping signal on all devices OUT OF NO WHERE!

We have has this 2 years and out of no where my signal started dropping on all tvs and all devices while watching simple short videos and all! I am furious because your phone call told me was all green but no the one person said seen issues on the wall outlet issue for the model at the hone ! Said sending a tech but why would this happen when no issues for two full years and all

Blondie317, That is a great question. Thank you for stopping by our Xfinity community forums for help with these recent connection issues. These can happen for a lot of reasons, ranging from weather to animals or just natural aging of connections. I would also recommend a tech if basic troubleshooting has not taken care of the issue.
