Please post complete traceroutes (or tracerts) for a path that includes one or more of these routers. From origin to target, include the statistics (IP address, hostname, RTT, packet loss, etc.) for each hop. The traces should look something like the one in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/ip-reroute-help-severe-packet-loss/68c23fcca625836abf3a4d8f?commentId=68c306b7fca4046067385c02 (text is preferred over images if possible).

Apologies for not responding sooner, but your messages were posted as Replies and, as stated above, I do not receive any notification at all when Replies are posted to my messages. I only see Replies if I happen to trip over them.
Let's begin at the beginning: what problem are you having that put you on the WinMTR path? Slow speed? Dropped connections? Something else? Interpreting trace data is especially difficult when we don't know why it was posted.
Please post any responses as Comments (scroll down to "Comment on this post here...") because, as stated:
If you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.
