Dropped Packets
First of all the Xfinity Assistant is trash. It is completely oblivious to DNS and routing issues to specific networks and it is impossible to go past to submit a real support ticket. I am seeing packet loss / dropped connections to the 173.225.18/20 networks. This does not occur with CenturyLink. I need some real support here.
