Dropped Internet for Brief Periods Constantly Over the Past Two Weeks and Counting
I have been experiencing a brief loss of internet throughout the day (like 5 to 10 seconds) which causes videos and other entertainment to pause constantly. This happens throughout the day, and I can't give an exact number of times it happens because it is sporadic. I have constantly ran the Xfinity WiFi health check in the app and it is constantly saying everything is healthy. So, I scheduled an appointment and the tech came out and replaced some bad wires and said everything was good now. But then it started happening again. It's happening on my cell phone and laptop and TV. It wasn't happening a few weeks ago, so I don't know what has happened since then, but doing some research, I am asking that a line tech be sent out to check the neighborhood infrastructure or something. If this isn't addressed soon, after years of Xfinity, I may have to leave this network and try Optimum or T-Mobile. I can't deal with the internet being like this.
