Dropped Internet Connection
What does "Dropped FORWARD packet" mean? Here is the system log info:

You may not want to post logs revealing your public IP address to the open web.
Btw, the dropped packets your seeing are possibly Comcast's DHCPv6 server sending acknowledgements. It's normal, not sure why it would use port 443 (https) but I wouldn't be too concerned. Try lightening up your IPv6 firewall settings.
