Downstream OFDM not locked
My DOCSIS 3.1 modem is in 'Partial Service' mode. It is failing to lock the Downstream OFDM block (Channel 193/194), and my SNR on the upper frequencies is dropping. Could Xfinity support help? Thanks.

Let’s start with a few quick checks to see if we can get things back on track. Could you please confirm that all coax connections are securely tightened? Also, is there a splitter being used, or is the modem connected directly to the wall outlet? Lastly, have you had a chance to power‑cycle the modem by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in?
