Download internet speed comparisons
I currently have Fast (600 Mbps) at a cost of $99 a month. I want to downgrade to either Connect More ($89) or Connect ($69) but nowhere on the Xfinity website can I find specs for the various internet packages. Anyone have a clue or a link where I can find it? When I attempted to change it on my plan, it only wanted to upgrade it.

Hello degas1900, the Connect More is currently 400mbps and the Connect is currently 150mbps in a majority or areas. We would be happy to assist you with a plan change if the online portal is not giving you the lower options. If you send us a direct message with your full name and address we can get started.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
