Downgraded internet

I downgraded my internet speed because my 1st year bill discount ended. My internet is now out and it won’t restart. I also can’t log into my xfinity app account as it says I don’t have any services with xfinity. Was wondering if the same modem will work and when it will restart to reflect to my new speed and connect to the internet?

Hello, @user_f3cc41. Thank you for reaching out. I took a look at the changes and your network. I did see the upgrade was processed correctly, and there were no issues there. The Xfinity Gateway you have should work with this new tier as well, but you may get better performance with another device geared more towards the speeds you have now. With that said, you should still be able to get online. I see the device is up, so you should be able to get some type of connection. How are things today? Do you have issues connecting all of your devices in the home?
