Downed wires, safety issue

I need help asap.  I've called and as usual get no answer.  I submitted two tickets, no response.  I had a tree fall on my vehicles and boat overnight and the cable wires are down across my driveway.  Who do i contact.  Xfinity is absolutely, incredibly horrible with customer service.  Please help.

Please be aware that the cable line carries no appreciable current.  You can move the cable to an area where it will not affect access to your driveway.

Afraid to move it in case we lose internet.  Partner works from home.  Xfinity is the absolute worst company to reach a live person.  I’m not sure how they’re allowed to get away with it.
