Doubled in Price!

My 2 years is up and my internet (which is out half the time)doubled in price. Verizon is on me hard to switch to them because I have cell service with them. Their offer is less than I was paying for Xfinity each month. It appears that is going to be the direction I have to take. I am a senior citizen and also a teacher and no discounts are offered.  Go where customer service is offered, I guess.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
