Domain seems blocked
For business use I need to access a nonprofit organization's website. Xfinity Home has been blocking it for at least two weeks. I can access it from three other ISPs. I just now was able to access it through Verizon but not Xfinity. Is Xfinity blocking this? The domain is icr.org.

Perhaps the output of a traceroute to that domain may reveal where the blockage is occurring.
