If the device is a Comcast/Xfinity rental modem+wifi router+eMTA gateway, then no, it doesn't have a WAN Ethernet port. If the device is a retail router, then it probably does. What is the model number of the device?
Good morning user_s7kk62. Our xFi Gateway (modem/router combo) does not have an Ethernet WAN port. The reason for that is it receives the internet signal directly via a coax cable from the wall, all of its standard Ethernet ports function as LAN (Local Area Network) ports to connect your wired devices.
