Do not trust what they offer you be diligent and check your account

I was offered 400mbps package for 25 dollars with one free mobile line for a year. Upon checking my account i noticed it was completely different package, it was 150 mbps for 44 dollars and the free one year line, was also a scam they had put two lines instead of one free line and was going to charge me 55 dollars per line 110 dollars a month. I was shocked, not only did they add lines and they were also going to charge me 25 dollars for my own phone.. for my own unlocked prepaid phone from tmobile. The representative never gave me a chance to speak to a supervisor or manager instead kept transferring me from one representative to another for hours. I canceled my whole account with them, and I dont think i will ever trust them again.
