Do not pay for Xfinity Now Pass it’s a 3rd Party Scam
I paid for Xfinity WiFi Now Pass and they stopped giving service. I think it’s a chop shop. You buy it once or twice and give you service just to bait you in and then just take your money and cancel your service without anyone to talk to for help. It’s a cash grab and they are only using Xfinity tower for a cut..and the so called service reps that post on this site saying sorry is bots it’s already programmed to tell you what it’s programmed to say. Pay attention to the wording and how it tries to convince you it’s a service rep when Xfinity say they are not part of their service. So if your pass running out do not renew and for those looking for hot spots do not waste $10 on this because you won’t get service and it’s no one to help you..it’s all a money grab.

Hello @user_dio142 Thanks for joining us on Xfinity Forums. I can assure you the employees here on Forums are real people. When it comes to the NOW Wifi Pass prepaid service employees are limited on the support we can provide as the service is going through the hotspots and not an in home modem. In this case all the customer support for the pass is through either the chat at Xfinity.com/NOW or by calling the support number included with your confirmation email of the pass purchase. Those are the only two methods to get support with the NOW service or to request a refund.
