Do I need to upgrade my MODEM?
Hello!
I just upgrade my internet service from 250Mbps to 1000Mbps, through online account management. But my download speed stays at 250Mbps, I'm wondering do I need to upgrade my MODEM to actually get the 1000Mbps? Thanks!

Yes. That modem is a dinosaur. It's not compatible. Look for compatible devices here;
