That is the IP of one of their IPv6 anycast DNS servers. Where exactly are you seeing that in Win 10 and under what circumstances ? Are you actually experiencing any DNS resolution problems with websites ?

Experiencing the same problem. I see it on my iPhone & windows laptop when connecting to router .the IPv6 settings ‘ how can I delete
