dns issues

Comcast National DNS servers are unable to cope with requests, this statred in Atlanta december 2025, Daily I get up to 30000 corrected errors, T3 timeouts and rebooting my modem manually I sometimes have to do it multiple times. as DHCP fails Looking deeper into the issue my packets are getting lost in your data center in Doraville IP 96.110.36.185 I complained twice and have had 2 engineer visits who found noting wrong from the tap to all my devices. On both occassions I requested a bucket truck to check my upstream connection and heard nothing more.

in an act of desperation I have been trying public DNS servers but these fail on Cocast infrastructure

see the video for Doraville while trying to get a response from 75.75.75.76

here is a video of your primary DNS server being unreachable

this morning I rebooted my entire house and tested everything and in three hours I have 705 corrected errors and 2834 uncorrected errors, I am clearly still paying for something I am not getting.!!!

I tried to send a head end reboot from the app and it can see my device but cant do it.. Atlanta is supposed to be a world Cup city and locals cant access the internet without grief

The downstream channels that are problematic are 34-44

16 Locked QAM256 36 567.0 1.6 43.5 0 0

Total             705 2834

Does anyone know who I can talk to this about this?

thanks in advance

... trying to get a response from 75.75.75.76 ...

Note that 75.75.75.76 is not valid, and the videos you posted do not display.

Also, Comcast/Xfinity's IPv4 DNS addresses are 75.75.75.75 and 75.75.76.76,

and the IPv6 addresses are 2001:558:feed::1 and 2001:558:feed::2
