DNS Issue

Suddenly, earlier today, I stopped being able to reach certain websites. The problem continues now. For example, this morning I could reach https://ringjing.com  with no problem. Now I can't connect. If I use a mobile  device or call a friend on Verizon, they can get to the site. It is not down. I just can't reach it. I have rebooted my Xfinity Router. It seems to be a DNS issue. How can I get someone to look a this issue?

If I do a tracert, 198.12.215.170 times out only on your Comcast connection, while the same site works on mobile hotspot and returns normally from the public internet.
