Discovery Hub will not load

July 11th ,Discovery Hub page does not download since July 4th. Have done just about everthing . E-mail is very hard to get which is my xfinity E-mail.Any help

yes i have . have restarted computer several times .comes up breifly try to get e-mail and it does it again. computer is 1 year old.

Tried mozilla firefox,same results with anything to do with xfinity.will not load discovery hub.i am at a total loss.
