Disable xfinity wifi hotspot

I have disabled the xfinity wifi hotspot using the app and waited for over 24hrs, however, the service still appears to be enabled and broadcasting. Please let me know how I can disable it.

user_172xq5 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Are you still seeing it enabled in the app? If not, do you live in an apartment or close enough to a neighbor that you may see the network broadcasting from someone else's modem?
