Disable Xfinity public hotspot on X1 router

Does anyone have current instructions to disable the Xfinity hotspot on my X1 gateway? I have been requested to do this by my employer.

I tried following instructions here:

The URL on the web seems broken- https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/security/hotspot

There aren't any "advanced settings" in the Wifi section of the mobile app for me. (App version: 5.9.0.20230929034148)

I first contacted support through the mobile chat and the agent said they would open a ticket to have this disabled for me and send me an email with instructions.

I called back today and they said they didn't have any record of that exchange and they didn't have any new instructions, frustrating!

I resolved this issue, the URL did work, but not in MS Edge. Different browser got me to https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/security/hotspot where I was able to disable the hotspot.
