Disable 5g in my xf1 gateway, only allow 2.4g

I am trying to get an IP Camera onto my network, but it doesn't support 5g. I cannot find a way to disable 5g, only allow 2.4g.

What do I do?

@user_91db5b The two WIFI bands  combined into one with the Xfinity gateway. Some devices like your camera get confused and don't know how to see / talk to combined bands.

If you are not using any xFi Pods, you can separate the 2.4 and the 5 bands by giving them  two different broadcast names / SSID's;

Associate the device with the 2.4 band's SSID (broadcast name) and password. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
