DHCP renew disconnecting, lease is set at 2h or 1h

Router logs have a disconnect for about 2 seconds every time the DHCP lease renews, which is set to 2h, 1h and then repeats. Been like this for a while now. A week or 2 ago it was set to 4 days and had no disconnects, then suddenly changes to 2h/1h again.

Also my data usage isn't being recorded/shows on the site. Says I've used 0 for the month of March and I know that's 100% wrong.

Hello @Broz1, thanks for reaching out for help with your connection. I know how frustrating interruptions with service l can be, but you came to the right place for help! So I can get a better idea of what's going on, I would like to take a look at your signal/equipment. To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging. From there, go ahead and compose a new message to "Xfinity Support" and send us a message with your name and address. 

 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

Has this issue been resolved?  I am having the short-DHCP-Lease issue now (as of yesterday, 21 May 2022).
