DHCP Issues (Xfi router)

Usually, my Xfinity internet service and Xfi Wifi Router work flawlessly. For the past few weeks, however, I'm having to reboot my Xfi Router 2-3 times/day.

After 4-5 hours, my Apple devices lose connections. Usually, my Xfi router assigns an IP address of 10.x.x.x to all devices. When Apple devices lose connection I notice they've been assigned IP addresses of 169.x.x.x.  I'll reboot my xFi router and everything will go back to 10.x.x.x and things will work again for a few hours.

This is weird and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot.

The concern is not "Xfinity Home Security / Devices And Equipment" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.
