DHCP Force Release
My public IP address got caught in ddos protection/spam lists and I'm unable to access many websites, I need XFinity to change my public IP address but I am only able to contact the AI bot. Is it possible to change my public IP address with a rented modem?

No. If you were using your own modem and router you could use the router's "clone MAC" feature to change your IP. But with their rental devices they do not provide a way to change the IP address and they won't change it for you, so you'd have to:
