Neither my PS5 or my Vizio TV can pick up the WiFi. May I add that my Roku, PS3 and PS4 in the same room can pick up the WiFi just fine.

Have you performed any troubleshooting steps so far?
Can you reset your modem for us to refresh the connection.
Unplug the modem for one minute, if you have a router connected please unplug it. Be sure to plug the modem in first then your router.
