Devices will not connect

Ice just gotten this Xfinity WiFi now for 30 days used it for two and now it will not allow me to use any Xfinity hotspot areas

@user_95ucwr Thanks for letting us know what happened. We have access to the general account and internet connections for home services. I do see that you can add up to two devices on the pass, so be sure to use the same ones. Clear the cookies and cache on the device in case the cookies are jumbled. If that doesn't help, there is a special number for each WiFi Now customer in the confirmation email. Calling it and speaking to a WiFi Now agent will help you get back online asap!
