Devices not detecting gateway/network
Brand new gateway modem/router worked fine for a few days. Suddenly it is not detected by my devices, despite troubleshooting listing it as on and at full strength WiFi. Network broadcast is not hidden. Entering network credentials manually within devices will not work. Modem and devices have all been unplugged and rebooted several times. Yikes.

Hello, @user_57111c sorry to hear your devices have stopped being detected. Have you attempted to delete the app and then download it? Also, are you running the latest version of the app? If that does not work I recommend performing a factory reset on your modem and then setting the network back up.
