device shows connected to gateway but has been recycled and is not here

My previous desktop Mac has been recycled with Apple, yet still shows connect to my gateway.  I can't delete it because it says to disconnect it first. I obviously can't do that as it no longer exists.  How do I get it off my device list?

user_1ziy0p thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. Let's go ahead and assist you with your device concerns. Just to ensure I understand, are you attempting to remove the Find My option from association with your Mac?

No, the Mac is listed as connected to my xfinity WiFi router, but is not. I can’t remove it until I “disconnect” it, which I can’t do since it is not really there.
