Device Paused (How to Solve)

So I found way to resolve the issue for cellphone and most likely other mobile devices.

Go into your wifi.

1. Find your Xfinity Wifi

2. Click on the setting option for that wifi

3. Scroll down to "MAC"

4. It should be set to "Randomized Mac"

5. Select it and switch it to "Phone Mac"

After you finish, back out and then connect to the wifi.

This should resolve the issue for that device.
